e) Powder electrostatic spraying process does not contain organic solvents, the coating process does not produce solvent vapour, there is no pollution of the air, so there is no need for strict environmental protection measures, powder electrostatic spraying there is no exhaust emission control and other difficulties.

Disadvantages

a) Powder coating is very suitable for large-area construction, but electrostatic spraying is indeed often by some of the more complex shape of the workpiece is difficult to defeat, will produce uneven film phenomenon, but also need to manually repair, resulting in more troublesome consequences.

b) Construction personnel in the operation should also be particularly careful, must be in accordance with the operating requirements to be strictly enforced, otherwise it will cause electric shock, set fire accident.

c) affected by climate factors, adhesion, durability are poor, wind and rain loss, unstable effect.

d) The dosage is large and the economy is poor.

d) There will be dust during the construction, and it needs special recycling system, and the investment is large.

e) The paintability is a little worse than paint.

Advantages of spray painting

a) fast construction, good levelling, no texture difference.

b) Paint is mainly visual aesthetics, smoothness and gloss of the surface effect is good, the coating is relatively thin, like the surface effect of the car can only be done with paint.

Disadvantages of spray painting

a) Spray painting machine is more expensive, general painters do not have;

b) Paint loss is relatively large, later maintenance trouble, because later maintenance, if the workers can not pull the machine over to spray paint, and brush out of the texture with the spray out of the different.

c) Spray paint more requirements for the ground clean, to splash water on the ground, spray paint is not a good grasp of the flow of hanging instead of easy.

Conculsion

General hardware products will choose powder, plastic products is paint, because the curing conditions of the powder is more than 180 degrees (except low temperature powder). Paint curing conditions below 160 degrees (except high temperature paint).

This is because for hardware products, the surface of the workpiece is relatively rough. Especially for tin products, there are all kinds of joint positions and welding positions, paint spraying can not level to make up for this defect.
